CONFIDENTIALITY:
Pregnancy Resource and Medical Clinic
of North Texas (Burleson Pregnancy Aid Center) holds in strict
confidence all communication except under the following
circumstances:
reasonable suspicion of child abuse, whether the client is the victim or abuser.
when there is a reasonable suspicion of elder or adult abuse.
when there is a threat of harm to a third party.
when there is a threat of self inflicted harm.
when there is a threat against the center itself.
when information is necessary to be shared for proper supervision of the client advocate.
MEDICAL:
The Burleson Pregnancy Aid Center is
a limited medical facility. The result of your pregnancy test
is not a diagnosis. Only a licensed physician can provide a
diagnosis. It is recommended that you contact a
physician to confirm the pregnancy result whether it is positive,
negative or inconclusive. If you do not have a physician,
we will provide you with a referral.
